I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, personal & family life transitions, stress related concerns and behaviors related to dementia.  I help with creating and practicing effective communication for positive relationships, develop coping skills for life transitions, and help with conflict management and family dilemmas. I can also provide resources and information for aging family members and help with future planning.

Services include individual therapy, geriatric family meetings and support groups.

I utilize the strengths of clients as a way to enhance their ability to problem solve their dilemmas.  I actively listen and provide a safe environment in which to help develop new coping strategies and communications skills.   Treatment modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Client Centered Therapy and Restorative Retelling.
