Fees/Billing/Hours

Hourly fee is $175 and is due at time of appointment

I am a preferred provider on: First Choice Health, Lyra Health - EAP, Premera and Regence.

I am considered an out of network provider for all other insurance plans and you may be able to receive some coverage for services. I can prepare Statement of Services for submission to your insurance plan for possible out of network benefit reimbursement. I am unable to guarantee or verify what your out of pocket costs will be before starting therapy. I highly recommend contacting your insurance company to determine what your coverage will be.

Since I have opted-out of Medicare, I am not able to accept Medicare payments for services. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, I am able to provide you with private pay services only.

For private pay, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.  For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

I require a minimum of 24 hours notice for canceled appointments. If you miss an appointment or cancel within 24 hours notice, my full fee will be charged for that session.
